Mel Mozley

Originally a Kiwi who moved to the US for 11 years.  Bachelor of Science in Pre-Vet at Delaware Valley University, Pennsylvania in 1996.

After graduation Mel followed her family to Australia and started working at Mona Vale Vets and then on to the Veterinary Specialist Centre just after it opened in 1997.  Left in 1998 for an opportunity to live on Maui, Hawaii for 2 years during which Mel worked in a general practice clinic.  Upon return in Sept 2000, Mel went back to the Veterinary Specialist Centre in which she was the Nursing Unit Manager for the next 10 years.  Left VSC in 2010 to work for Advanced Anaesthesia Specialists for 6 years, before returning back to Referral and Emergency Medicine at the ARH Gosford branch.   Mel is very lucky to live only 5 minutes away from work with her husband and 2 almost teenage kids, a crazy white dog – Gidget and a nosey white cat, Noe
